About HIPP. . .

 

The Hoffmann Integration Processing Program is a 4-20 week training that improves the brain's information processing skills. It requires an hour a day, for a minimum of 3 days per week, optimally 5 days per week. Once completed, HIPP training never needs repeating since the neural pathways in the brain necessary for efficient information processing have been generated, strengthened and integrated during the training period.
